• Initial assessment of the existing management system of the organization to ascertain conformance to ISO 9001:2000 standards and find out the gap between the two. Taking corrective measures to remove these discrepancies so as to improve the existing system in conformity with the ISO 9001:2000.
• ISO 9000 awareness training program for all employees and management of the organization in batches (For acquainting the participants about the advantages that accrue from ISO 9000 implementation). The programme is conducted in the form of interactive workshops, involving each participant in the discussion.
• Assistance in designing of organization’s quality policy, formulation of a steering committee, identification of personnel for training.
• Development of Quality Manual, Quality Plan & work Instructions, Quality System Procedures and development of various formats for record keeping in accordance with ISO 9000 requirements.
• Adequacy audit of documentation. The faculty will assess the already prepared Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Quality Plan and Work Instructions for shortfalls, if any with regard to ISO requirements.
• Conducting Internal Quality audit and documenting non-conformities, if any.
